11 out of 10! My husband and I loved working with Art and Lauren and feel so lucky to have found them. They lead with integrity and have so much knowledge and energy. They were always available for questions, answered thoughtfully, and were patient throughout all of our requests. The house we wanted had multiple offers and we got it. They also successfully negotiated on our behalf when we found some material maintenance issues during inspection. We will use them again. They are the best!

Art and Lauren were fantastic from beginning to end. Very helpful and flexible during our search of a small house with character. Then Lauren was extremely responsive and proactive during the negotiation and the closing process, going above and beyond our expectations. When some issues arises with some of our lender’s requests following appraisal, while we were away, Lauren was amazingly quick and thru her network got a contractor to come to the house within 24h and to provide the needed answers. All this while staying in very close communication with us.

Art and his daughter, Lauren have both changed my opinion of real estate salespersons. After previous bad experiences with real estate agents, it was refreshing to find individuals that provided such professionalism and attention to their clients. Art and Lauren were aggressive in the sale of our property that had been stagnant in our past attempts to market it individually. Additionally, my wife and I are grateful to them for making the settlement process so painless.

We feel that Art went above his job as our agent. Since we were doing much of the purchase long distance, he helped arrange for knowledgeable companies to inspect our house for work we wanted done. He communicated with us in a timely manner. And when a problem arose which might have ended the sale, he helped us come to a resolution and was extremely patient and understanding.

Lauren and Art make a great team! Lauren kept us up-to-date on each step of the buying process. They are very down-to-earth and explained all the realty jargon. Buying was made easy with Art & Lauren. Both are a credit to their profession and I recommend them highly.
