Art's hobbies include spending time with his family, surfing, gardening, reading, and playing bass at his church and in a local band called Generations.
Lauren Ricks Tucker

Coming from a real estate family, Lauren has been surrounded by the industry for most of her life. In 2021, she decided to get her license and join Art full-time in real estate — a decision that has been one of the best she’s ever made.
As a Wilmington native, Lauren brings a unique understanding of the Cape Fear area and a genuine love for helping people feel at home here. She is known for being thorough, honest, hard-working, and approachable throughout every step of the buying or selling process.
Lauren especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers and sellers, helping them feel informed, confident, and supported from start to finish. Whether you’re ready to make a move now, in six months, or even a few years from now, Lauren is happy to be a resource on your timeline.
Outside of real estate, Lauren enjoys surfing, spending time with her family and her dogs, Mason and Pebbles, serving with her local Christian Surfers chapter, playing beach volleyball, and practicing pilates and yoga.
