Art's hobbies include spending time with his family, surfing, gardening, reading, and playing bass at his church, PC3, and in a local band.

Coming from a real estate family, Lauren has been surrounded by real estate her entire life. However, in 2021 she decided to get her license and join Art full-time in the real estate industry. She is thorough, empathetic, and hard-working. Being a native has helped her with unique insight on the Cape Fear Area. She loves working with her dad and would love the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs! Lauren's hobbies include surfing, spending time with family and her pups, helping with her local Christian Surfers chapter, gardening, and pilates/yoga.
